An Inspiring Group of Influential Speakers
Posted by Meers on Tuesday | December 20th, 2011
The 3rd Annual Digital Blue Conference, to be held in Miami, Florida on March 1-2, will feature presentations and panel discussions that give Blue plans a new perspective on digital marketing. You’ll learn from and be inspired by industry thought-leaders in everything from emerging technologies to consumer trends and how they all affect healthcare. Our great lineup of speakers will help you set your Blue plan apart from the pack while revitalizing yourself and your marketing.
Jeremiah Owyang, a renowned authority on new technologies, heads this year’s lineup of presenters. Jeremiah, the leading web analyst and partner for the Altimeter Group, will help Blue plans use new technologies to shake up the status quo and get ahead of the connected consumer. Jeremiah will show real-world case studies of savvy corporations using new technologies to their advantage and better communicating with their customers.
David Frankland, research director of Forrester Research’s Customer Intelligence team, will discuss their new healthcare research on audience fragmentation. With the increasing number of communications channels and the ever-changing healthcare market, it’s now more important than ever to know your members and their needs. David will share his perspective on the opportunities available to healthcare firms in understanding and engaging members and potential members.
Several presentations will focus on creating advanced digital experiences to craft a more customer-centric business. Deb McCabe from Blue KC will share her view on the Blue KC Communication Center, which provides a better customer experience by letting customers choose how they prefer to be communicated with. Attendees will also hear from Rebecca Woodcock of Cake Health on how she took her company from an idea to launch in nine months using customer-oriented, innovative techniques. Other sessions will explore topics as varied as understanding customers in the evolving healthcare market, differences between consumers and patients and the role of the private exchange with large and small groups.
