By focusing on relationships instead of ColorMark’s capabilities, we were able to communicate an interesting point of differentiation to production managers – a good relationship with your printer keeps you from worrying about your print job. To reach our target on an emotional level, we created a guidebook that offered fun tips on how to improve the other relationships in their life. This truly differentiated ColorMark from it’s competitors and got people talking about printing in a whole new way.
