The Whole Person
The Whole Person assists people with disabilities to live independently and encourages change within the community to expand opportunities for independent living. The Consumer Directed Services program helps people with significant physical disabilities obtain assistance with personal care and daily activities to maintain or increase their independence. This includes services in the home such as meal preparation, cleaning and personal hygiene. Meers was tasked with creating brand awareness of client and services offered with the objective of increasing client’s consumers. The Whole Person begin with 700 consumers and within four months of the campaign start, had increased call volume by 300% and added 200 new consumers.
